ILYASAH
AL-SHABAZZ
"Her Royal Highness, Princess Alia bint Al-Hussein
of Jordan, and I share a sense of obligation to work
in the service of humanity. The Princess is one of many
people globally who has been inspired by the gift of
my father's legacy. In turn, she afforded me one of the
most rewarding experiences of my life—travel
to both the Jordanian holy land and historic Egypt.
My goal is to empower future generations through
knowledge of a great heritage as well as an appreciation
for the world's diverse cultures and historic civilizations."
–Ilyasah bint
Al-Shaheed Malik Al-Shabazz
